The new Home Report system, has been introduced in Scotland by the Government in an innovation designed to benefit both buyers and sellers of residential property.
Onesurvey is a delivery mechanism which compiles the various components required and which we believe is the most efficient, easy to use and cost-effective versions of the Home Report available. Onesurvey is ALLIED SURVEYORS SCOTLAND PLC's preferred delivery mechanism for providing Home Reports.

Transcriptions will be charged at £50 inc VAT per lenders report. This fee will be to the buyer.
Re-inspections (pre live report) £75 + vat
Re-valuations (post live –refresh) £100 + vat
This fee, does not apply to the Scottish Islands or particularly remote and unusual properties where additional charges and travelling expenses may apply. In such cases Onesurvey will arrange a fee quote.
